1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of KKM Digital Marketing Solutions LLP ("KKM Digital," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Description

KKM Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, social media advertising (Meta Ads), pay-per-click advertising (Google Ads), and marketing automation. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
Grant necessary access to websites, analytics accounts, and platforms
Respond to communications in a timely manner
Make payments as per the agreed schedule
Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables including website designs, content, and strategy documents. KKM Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

KKM Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
